This is one area the Democrats do extremely well is band together. Whether it’s messaging (goes for MSM as well), Congressional votes, or liberal Supreme Court decisions, there’re primarily lockstep for the most part. Of course, the Democratic Socialists are making it difficult these days. Finally it would be political suicide for anyone coming out against Obama.

I know you didn't watch last night, but Tim Scott (first Black congressman and Senator), Maximo Alvarez (Cuban-American who's family fled Catro's communist regime in Cuba), Herschel Walker (Black), Vernon Jones (Black), Nikki Haley (woman, Indian-American), Kim Klacik (woman, Black, GOP congressional candidate)
I only use their gender and race in quotations because I know identity politics are all you Libs understand.
For all the talk about diversity from the Left, the best they can come up with is an old, white, career politician who hasn't really accomplished anything besides getting rich off the backs of taxpayers.

Since Tim Scott represents my state in the Senate, I'll note for you that he is neither the first Black congressman, or Senator.
...he went up late, and I was already up there.

Wasn’t Hiram Revels the first African American to serve in the US Senate back in 1870?
Interesting bio.
