For those who live in the West Chester, Oh area, should be very familiar with VOA relay stations and its history. Pretty cool (albeit small) museum at the old location.

Funny story. Best friend from HS moved across the street from the relay station after graduating from college. One night we were recording albums to cassettes (yes that was a thing). After recording and playing them back, you could hear the VOA transmission in the background. Apparently his electricity picked up the transmitters. Wild stuff.

Thanks, but this is your own supposition of how specifically Trump and Roberts would respond and not an answer to the question. I'll phrase it a different way...

If the Executive Branch ignores a court ruling, is there an actual procedure in place to enforce that ruling? If so, then what is it?

The answer is that there is no recourse. There are only a few instances in history where a President has not complied with a court's ruling, and each time nothing was done to make them obey it. It really hasn't happened since the Civil War, but if it were to happen, there is no mechanism to enforce the ruling. It would result in a Constitutional Crisis.

That's the answer.
