With much appreciation here....no more "Fundamentally Transform America" posts for me. Trump officially drove a stake in that. The Obama era is dead, and good riddance.

These radicals had some serious momentum, but Biden checked out and Harris was a terrible torchbearer. We have at least 4 years to return from the "Twilight Zone" and hopefully shitcan this "Woke" "DEI" insanity. We have always been, and must continue to be, a MERIT based America.

Term limits anyone?

Do you really believe we will see term limits implemented by Trump? We have had 4 years of Trump and this wasnÂ’t accomplished. Maybe with having full control of the house and senate he can push this across and get rid of the career politicians like Pelosi and Graham. Maybe I have missed something but I donÂ’t remember him saying he would do this during any of his speeches which I could have easily missed. I would also be surprised if the Republican establishment wouldnÂ’t push back on him for it. I am fully on board with term limits but I am not holding my breath this will actually happen.

I agree, but I also think it's worth reading/listening to because it expresses how they feel right now. Right or wrong, this is how they feel. It's not good for so many people to feel like they've been cancelled because their preferred candidate didn't win the election, and it's very easy for me to understand why so many people feel that way. Had Harris won, it would have been the same feelings on the other side. No one should be told to "Eat Shit and Get out!"

Just to be clear, I don't agree with her take on why they lost. But, I do understand why she and so many others feel that way and I also understand how they feel they've been (or will be) cancelled.

Eight years ago The Left feared the country would not survive a Trump presidency. It did (albeit how he handled himself at the end of it was rather anti-American, but still. Biden won the election and Trump (reluctantly) left office).

Four years ago, The Right was told they didn't have a country anymore, and they believed it. Well, clearly that was false.

Now The Left is being told that this is the end of Democracy and they believe it just like The Right did four years ago.

It's not good for either side to have to fear that or feel that way. I wish we could all at least agree on that. The fact that we can't is really what bothers me more than anything else. It's not the only thing that bothers me, but it's probably what bothers me the most.

You lost because you prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens.

You lost because you coddle criminals and delinquents while you ignore those who obey the law, work hard, and focus on family.

You lost because you judge people by the color of their skin, not the content of their character.

You lost because you live in your elitist bubble and look down on everyday Americans.

You lost because you decided that your control is more important than our Constitutional and God-given freedoms.

You lost because you create disorder, chaos and fear – the foundations of evil.

You lost because your entire campaign was nothing but lies about Trump. Tump is not Hitler and Republicans are not racist. Fuck you.

You lost because you nominated the most unlikeable and far-left candidate possible.

You lost because you find reasons to push people away. It’s no coincidence that the three of the people prominent on Trump’s team are all former Democrats. Hint: intolerance for others’ ideas is by definition, fascism.

In short, you lost because of YOU. It’s time to take accountability – I know that’s a new concept to you, but it’s time. Do some introspective soul searching. Do better.

I will second this as I feel that he is spot on about the Democrats during this election. However, I also feel like you could change a few words and it would apply to the Republican Party back in 2020. When you lose you lose. Take accountability and find out how to better support the American people and this country.

Dear Democrats, you lost because you pretty well suck.

Dear Republicans, you won because the Democrats suck and the people decided this time that you suck a bit less. However, you're going to believe that the people have declared you wonderful and given you some sort of mandate, and you will screw it up royally, and in 2026 and 2028 you will lose because you will become arrogant and begin to suck worse than the Demcats.

Dear Democrats again, take heart, in two years you'll be back on top. Four years tops. Unless you do something REALLY, REALLY like unbelievably stupid in the meantime....so it's like 50/50.
