Well, if you read it, you'd understand that Rasmussen also concluded that Trump wouldn't win, the day of the election.
My point is that none of these polls saw this coming, it is an old-fashioned archaic way of getting the pulse of the nation. If people want to try to have fun by all means go ahead, but that's what it should be seen as.

When I wonder why people can vote for a sexual assaulter/convicted felon...I don't get a reasonable answer to that question.
I get something along the lines of the left is thumbing their noses at the right. To me, that's pretty telling; you can't defend that stance.
His own generals called him a fascist and his own VP said he's unfit? I don't get reasonable responses to those criticisms. Just nonsense about Harris being a communist.
Did you ever think that your daughter may tell you she voted for Trump to keep you happy...and really didn't?
Can you imagine your daughter being happy to have him come into her dressing room while she was naked...and brag about it?
Can you imagine her being proud of someone who bragged about grabbing women by the pussy?
If I'm on an island with these positions, so be it.
For what it's worth, I think Trump won because he convinced people the economy was bad; despite record growth, stock market highs, energy production at an all time high, unemployment low, inflation tamed. He was politically effective in convincing people it was bad despite evidence to the contrary, and overlooking the last administration had to pull us out of the pandemic recession. Smart politics to pull that off....he went up late, and I was already up there.

If Dems want to have a chance to win '28, they elect Shapiro.

If I recall correctly, I think my daughter punched me in 2020 when I told her I wrote in Yang and didn't vote for Trump.
Oddly, women and minorities aren't a monolith. And most don't really think he was a sexual assaulter and think the felonies he was convicted of were lawfare bullshit.
Also, it was the Democrats' job to field a viable alternative to the alleged sexual assaulter and convicted felon. Biden was pretty mediocre back in 2020, but he would do. However, YOU ignored the evidence your eyes must have clearly been reporting to you about Biden's fitness for another term. Even after that trainwreck detate you were still claiming it was because of a stutter or some other nonsense. I mean, if we're truly to take the notiion that Trump is dangerous seriously, how could anyone think it was a good idea to put the doddering old man in Chief up as the Dem nominee? And then panic and replace him (without a vote) with a cackling empty suit who was an incredibly unpopular Vice President whose 2020 Presidential campaign was a complete disaster.
I'm sure you're going to continue smugly discredit the majority of Americans who decided that Trump was the better option for America. I doubt you'll do any self-reflection on the absolute shit show that is the Democratic Party and the fact that you spout their absurd talking points on here day after day after day.
Our country absolutely deserves better. But we were offered up two terrible choices, and we had to pick one of them. I'm disappointed that Republicans chose Trump to be their nominee over DeSantis and Haley, who I think would be much better Presidents. i'm disappointed that Democrats didn't even offer their party members the dignity of a choice as to who their nominee would be. So here we are. People voted for the alleged sexual abuser and convicted felon over the shit sandwich. Next time please provide a better alternative.
