Yes, but only when the government shutdown is over. The last shutdown lasted 35 days. Over a month with some government workers struggling with daily living expensive.
It is nice to see that there are bills to cut off pay for congress when they shut the government down. However, I am sure that will go as far as congress term limits have gone. Gotta love how the media takes sides and blames the other side instead of targeting highly popular bills such as term limits and to cut off pay for congress during shutdowns. Almost like the political parties fund these media outlets for positive press for their side.

I think you could throw unlimited money at the border and you are not going to solve the issue, as people will continue to come seeking asylum. Removing all foreign aid will likely result in more unrest in more areas, which will only exacerbate the issue of people seeking asylum.
While the "no more foreign aid until we secure our own borders at home" is a great sound bite to throw around the campaign trail, it isn't a real policy. To fix the issue it is going to require a complete overhaul of immigration (including additional funding for the border patrol and immigration courts), but that will never get through congress."If our season was based on A-10 awards, there’d be a lot of empty space up in the rafters of the Cintas Center." - Chris Mack

Just another piker. Can't compete with failed security clearance son-in-law who took billions from the Saudis.
Weak sauce on Mendez's part....he went up late, and I was already up there.
