    Reading into that link, there's two things in play. Sotomayor disclosed the money she received from the book publisher, but by not recusing herself there'a possible conflict of interest.

    Where Thomas and Alito get in murky water is not disclosing the trips/benefits they're getting from donors. Also a possible conflict of interest.

    Per Supreme Court rules, NONE of these Justices were required to disclose any of these activities. It’s all Bullshit smoke and nothing illegal.
