    I expected that it would be a pretty tortured standing argument, but it really felt like the Chief mailed it in. I am not quite sure the point of having MOEHLA be a separate entity from the State of Missouri if the State of Missouri can sue (and I guess now be sued) as the owner of the corporation. I wonder if this will be used in other corporate structures or if they will just limit to state entities and not all corporate entities.

    Not that I think this would happen, but it sets up the fun possibility of states invoking the original jurisdiction of the Court in a suit concerning realignment. The State of Georgia, on behalf of Georgia Tech, sues the State of North Carolina, on behalf of UNC, for leaving the ACC.
