Frankly, I don’t want him to have a chance at the presidency, and I don’t want him to be the Republican candidate. Why? Because call me crazy but I think that someone who is president, should respect the office, and overall just not be a complete shithole of a human being. Not saying they have to be perfect human beings, none of us are but he’s an embarrassment to the office. He’s being charged with obstruction of Justice, which common sense says he’s guilty of. Wont go to jail for it, but still.

For the matter, I don’t want Biden either. I also think he’s an embarrassment, weekend at Bernie’s style.

I’d like for the us to get back to an election cycle that isn’t a complete disaster and step one would be for trump to go away. This isn’t going to do it, bu to hope something will.

Well, I don’t disagree with you however the country was pushed so far to one side during the Obama years that the natural pendulum is flying back just as hard. I’m not sure anyone is going to be happy with whomever ends up in DC. It’s amazing how nuts it has become since Bush/Gore.

Hey dingus, they are always the POTUS. Even after they leave. People used to respect that until they lost their minds with Trump.

I’m aware however I’m fairly certain Indictments only present one side of the story. And it’s kind of odd we knew about the details before today. Seems the Prosecution/Government is trying to convict outside of the Courtroom. That’s a big no, no. Right STL?

I just started and the prosecutor indicted TRUMP not Donald J Trump. While DJT was identified the author did not specify Donald J Trump would henceforth be known as TRUMP or the Defendant.

That’s just sad and I hope that is not the real document.

Why it’s sad is because legally no such person known as TRUMP exists unless they are indicting his brand.

And for the record. I am not a lawyer.

That aside. I want to know who was at the golf club in NJ and what the purpose of the meeting and also who recorded it (if the tape exists). Also, I’d like to know if NJ is a two way consent State when it comes to recordings. That can cause problems for the recorder.

The first sentence in the introductions says Defendant Donald J. Trump. Thereafter in the indictment he is referred to as Trump (bolded).
I would think this may be standard practice.
The same is true for the other defendant named.
