In June of 2020, when the FBI recorded the unverified allegations about Biden and his son, Trump was president.
Bill Barr was his AG, over the FBI.
Christopher Wray (put in place by Trump) was heading the FBI.
Don't you think if there were anything at all that was credible in the report, they would have acted.
Maybe there is something, but it sure seems more reasonable that there isn't, or else Barr would have acted.

It'll be interesting to hear from Biden, who had classified documents going back to the 1970s stashed away, chime in on this case. That is, after he chimes in on his alleged payments funneled from Burisma in Ukraine
I remember both Biden and Pence finding out they both had classified documents in their possession; the big difference is that both at least did full-cavity searches of the places in question and turned everything over to the feds. The FBI has already decided nothing further will happen with Pence at least.

Except that, as proven recently, lower level FBI Agents with a political bias and agenda have withheld evidence and been selective in what they chose to report to higher ups to protect “their side”. (Strozyk).
Without the full picture, Barr, who was a well respected long term Administrator, I believe, did not want to upset “norms” ( that the Democrats rountinely do) and interfere with an upcoming election. I’m sure that Democrats are still bitching about another Administrator who allegedly interfered in the 2016 election, despite the fact that their candidate clearly broke the law with classified docs on a private server.
“Norms” kept Hilary out of jail. Somehow, unlike Biden, Trump never went after her.

Bingo! That would have been a slam dunk prosecution. Hillary clearly destroyed the data on her private e-mail server, even though I think some of that data had been subpoenaed.

Except there's no slam dunk anything. If any of what Clinton described as personal that were destroyed, were actually confidential...then a copy of the original email from the sender in the State Dept would still be in the State Dept...could have been found...and she could have been prosecuted. But they didn't find any.
As to the 30,000 emails that she turned over:
“There was no evidence that the senders or former Secretary Clinton believed or were aware at the time that the emails contained classified information,” the Justice IG report said. “The emails in question were sent to other government officials in furtherance of the senders’ official duties. There was no evidence that the senders or former Secretary Clinton intended that classified information be sent to unauthorized recipients, or that they intentionally sought to store classified information on unauthorized systems.”

David Kendall, an attorney for Clinton, told the Fact Checker: “The State Department personnel who originated the emails did not think their content merited classification, and not a single one of the over 33,000 emails bore classification markings.
In his news conference, Comey said “three of those were classified at the time they were sent or received.” At the time, he said one was marked “secret” and two “confidential,” but at a congressional hearing two days later, he said all were marked “confidential,” the lowest form of classification. Moreover, he acknowledged that markings — a (C) — were contained in the body of the text and, contrary to standard practice, there was no header at the top alerting someone that this was classified material. He told lawmakers that without a header, it was “a reasonable inference” that this material was not classified.
So, 30,000 plus emails with not one marked correctly as confidential...let alone Secret, Top Secret, etc.
A lot different than finding Top Secret stuff lying around, saying it's all been returned, and finding out it was a lie.
You might get indicted for that.

If you weren't so blinded by what people say in the ongoing we hate Hillary nonsense, you would recognize that she's been off the political stage for 7 years.
And would know that if there was any way to prosecute her for anything, someone in Trump's 4 years would have done it. She's gone. She's not running for anything. Focus on an indicted former president who leads in the Republican party polls and figure out why you all can't do better.

And yes, the Dems should do better than the current occupant. Age should be a factor for considering fitness over a 4 year stretch.

Paul- on what planet has Hillary Clinton been off the political stage for 7 years? Is it your contention that only those running for, or holding office are in fact on the political stage? If that's your position, are you pledging to never talk about Donald Trump if he loses in this election cycle?
dayton will lose by 40 and we will loot tonight.

No different than finding Top Secret stuff lying around in Biden’s garage, or at an office at U Penn among other possible locations. An office that was partially paid for by Chinese donations.
If you weren’t so blinded by hate for Trump you’d be calling for equal justice and prosecution to make sure that “No one is above the law”.
