No Paul, inflation, high interest rates and energy costs are the structural problems making these numbers to be taken with a block of salt.

I will go out on a limb and guess a number of ports (i.e. Oakland, LA, New York) have a shit ton of cargo just sitting gathering dust. Still not enough people to get things from Point A to Point B.
