I haven't seen any indication that Biden has tried to declassify the documents his lawyers found/turned over.
So, not sure why declassification is an issue yet.
The last point raises an interesting hypothetical: Kamala Harris might be his successor in function, she has original classification authority being the VP...could she de-classify the docs Biden's lawyers turned over ?

If NARA has asked him to return files, he has returned a portion, they ask again, he fails again, they issue a subpoena and he fails to comply completely in returning all documents while his attorneys allege all have been returned...get a warrant and recover the missing items.

Isn't it interesting that the the MSM knew about this before the election? Same as with Hunter's computer prior to 2020 (no Paul, it's not about the "dickpics", it's about the "Big Guy")

And isn't interesting that among the files were documents concerning Ukraine - this was while Biden was VP. What's up with that?

Yeah, good ol' Uncle Joe better do a thorough search of his home/other places of interest. Congress does have a duty to investigate that.

But before all you MAGA folks get hard and stiff in the pants, keep in mind that Trump's trouble arose from the fact that he refused to turn over documents when asked to do so; he was given multiple chances to comply before the FBI paid a house call to Mar-A-Lago. And there may still be a few documents that managed to go unnoticed by the Feds.
