This article just talks about Minnesota from a demographic standpoint - interestingly enough, it does not mention a potential George Floyd/Jacob Blake effect.

Much has been said about Hillary Clinton giving Wisconsin the finger back in 2016 - will Biden put any time in MN while he tries to reenergize his base in Wisconsin?
