If everyone is back to work, then why do we still have a supply distribution problem?

I will go out on a limb and guess a number of ports (i.e. Oakland, LA, New York) have a shit ton of cargo just sitting gathering dust. Still not enough people to get things from Point A to Point B.

I think it cleared up in LA last fall. Not sure about the others.
