Again, you've purposely or not have failed to grasp my point.
"20 people who are facing felony chargers for the riots in Portland" ---- Out of how many thousands that destroyed federal and state properties, and were responsible for how many billions of dollars in damages?
Here's some reality:
From the NYT: "Now, more than five months later, as Mr. Kaufmann’s case and those of thousands of others finally land in courts across the United States, a vast majority of cases against protesters are being dismissed."
"In the aftermath, prosecutors declined to pursue many of the cases because they concluded that the protesters were exercising their basic civil rights. Cases involving free speech or free assembly rarely succeed in court, according to prosecutors across the country"

From Politico: "Federal prosecutors’ show of leniency for some defendants charged in the long-running unrest in the streets of Portland could have an impact on similar criminal cases stemming from the Capitol riot, lawyers say."
"The arrangements — known as deferred resolution agreements — will leave the defendants with a clean criminal record if they stay out of trouble for a period of time"

"HUNDREDS of Black Lives Matter protesters who were arrested for looting, vandalising and rioting across New York have had their charges dropped":

Do you recall the FBI breaking into the homes in dawn raids to arrest any of the BLM/Antifa thugs? Where's the leniency shown to BLM/Antifa rioters for the Republicans who simply walked into the halls of Congress (41 months for trespassing, c'mon man!)? Were any of the BLM/Antifa rioters placed in solitary confinement for even just a day, not 10 months like those who were "exercising their free speech" on 1/6/21?
