    Season Ticket Survey

Just filled out my season ticket survey they sent out. At a minimum, they seem to be open to making changes. I guess we will see what comes out of it. I understand why they do these surveys, but part of me thinks the whole "game day experience" is moot without a program that hasn't really lived up to expectations the past 7-8 years. My number one want every year is the product on the floor, nothing else is a close second. My main areas of feedback were:

    1) Parking - for obvious reasons
    2) Ticket Scanners - they should work
    3) Some new music and intro stuff, but not really that a big of a deal for me - new staff, let's re-invent some other things too

I also told them to never allow Sean Miller back anywhere near campus.

I think the parking is silly easy. Now, I don't "pay" for parking with my season tickets. I just park near Listermans on the street or sometimes pay if we're running late. Usually a 5 minute walk. No big deal for me.

Concession stand food is not good. I'm talking a hot dog and even the pretzels are bad. Not a big deal. I think the game day experience is pretty darn good. Not a lot to complain about.

The only issue I have with parking is after the game. I’m in R3 and it takes way too long to exit the lot, especially after a close Big East game when most people stay to the end. Getting into the lot before the game is a piece of cake.

As to the food, we usually get Quatman’s, which is always good. Had the Snappy Pizza a few times. Not too bad. My wife will sometimes want a pretzel. Sometime of the time they’re decent. Other times they’re a bit stale and dry.
Golf is a relatively simple game, played by reasonably intelligent people, stupidly.

Can we talk about the shitty pretzels?

The old ballpark styles ones are infinitely better. Bring them back!!

Agree that there's not much to complain about, but it has been the same for numerous years. Throw in some curveballs and see how people react.

Parking in the lots near listerman's is the easiest parking experience of any sporting event, concert, etc I've ever been to.
The soft pretzels are the worst soft pretzels. They are somehow more harder and dry than a box of Snyder's pretzels.
