They were down and are good as of today and the Market has stabilized. At the same time we are negotiating new/better trade deals and China looks foolish. Good week for the U.S..

Also, I don't believe I said the bond issue wasn't a factor in the decision. I don't however think Bissent was caught by surprise and panicked. He basically made China look like the bad actor it is.

The EU has a big decision on what it wants to do over the next couple of weeks. We'll see how it plays.
