Yes. Compared to Mack and Miller, this dude speaks using intelligent sentences. There's no doubt a lot of his talk about Christoper, XU, and Val is a fair amount of brown nosing. It's not his first rodeo, so he knows the ropes. But I also think he has a good head on his shoulders, and can approach today's college basketball perhaps in a way that Miller couldn't...solely because of personality.
Just being so forceful that he wants to get as many people involved in building the program as possible shows that he knows the challenges ahead and that he needs a team effort from more than his players.
