    N. C. State has parted ways with Kevin Keatts a year after the final four run. Keatts was 69-84 in ACC play in his 8 years as HC of N. C. State. Will Wade is the name being thrown around for N. C. State.

Oral Roberts fires Russell Springmann after two years as HC. Murray State and Steve Prohm have agreed to a "Transition" which involves Prohm stepping down as HC. Prohm just finished year three.

According to Jeff Goodman, IU has been turned down by Brad Stevens, Dusty May, TJ Otzellberger and Scott Drew so far.

Jai Lucas has officially been hired as the HC of Miami.

3 of the 4 that turned down IU are no surprise. They just can't get it thru their heads that their "blue blood days " were nearly a quarter of a century ago.

Wasn’t it more like half a century ago?

I'm hearing rumors that Oklahoma and Texas may both be looking to make a move and may also be interested in Will Wade. Again, these are just rumors, but there are boosters at Oklahoma that are hoping they don't make the NCAA Tournament so they can fire Moser and hire Wade.

Now that does raise the question....would the committee select Oklahoma just to screw them over??

His hiring never made any sense. Can't believe he lasted this long.

Porter Moser landing at Oklahoma always seemed like such an odd fit to me. I do think Moser is a solid ( His results at Oklahoma have not been good), but I felt like he would be better suited for a Big East type school.

Completely agree. It’s not like X was firing on all cylinders. From what I remember he was a former player? Still- was surprised he lasted so long.

I still think Texas will be interested in Sean. I’d be shocked if it’s mutual.
