I don't know that reducing the absolute amount of the debt matters. I think we just want to keep it to a lower percentage of GDP.

It's hard to get one's head around how the federal government operates and those huge numbers.

Maybe part of the problem are bills that are 1000s pages in length which is hard for anyone to thoroughly read and what I am sure has wasteful spending sneaked into it. DidnÂ’t BidenÂ’s infrastructure bill set aside money for all sorts of wasteful spending like giving millions to racetracks?

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin announces that $20 billion in taxpayer funds were just discovered, laundered into in external financial institutions managed by agents of the Biden Admin to finance left wing NGOs.

“$7 billion was sent to an entity called the Climate United Fund.”

But Zeldin has now clawed back the money and referred the case to the Department of Justice. Boom.

Number one, Benny Johnson received a lot of money from the Russian funded Tenet Media company. Take what he says with a grain of salt or toss it in the trash where he belongs.

That 20M was funded to hand out clean energy grants recipients in distressed communities being a focus. This is not a slush fund, it was NOT just discovered, it was a fund that was well discussed in Congress and the public back in 2022. Jesus, your post is at best ill informed and worst stupid.

Look, I was actually a government auditor working for a state legislature for a while, then at a private small firm a contract auditor for governmental agencies. I audited the recipients of these type of grants. It might shock you, if you receive federal grant money like this you are required to get an annual audit or have the this revenue stream a focus of an already yearly audit.
