When they say, “We must protect our democracy,” switch the word “democracy” to “bureaucracy”, and it will all make sense.

It’s cute when people imply that grifitng is only on one side of the aisle. I’m sure DOGE will find just dems and dem supported programs though. It’s inevitable. There’s a reason why politicians on both sides will literally do anything short of murder to keep their post.

I wonder if that's where part of the $100B went that Zelensky was referring to when he accused the US of corruption! LOL!!!

82 year old Mitch McConnell falls twice at the capital? Term limits anyone?

At least age limits. Probably term limits, too, though.

Oh, I’m sure the last four were outrageous probably exponentially. However, I’m not naive to think reckless spending and grifting hasn’t been going on for at least decades by both parties. Somehow politicians go in poor and end up incredibly rich while in and after. It doesn’t take a genius to know what’s going on

Strange Jordan refuses to take the Gaza folks, since their population is 67% Palestinian. Kinda tells you something. Not taking sides or advocating, but interesting.

It seems the Jolie/USAID story first appeared on Pravda.
Then pushed assumedly by X to those who algorithms buy into this sort of stuff.
Not the most reliable source....he went up late, and I was already up there.
