Looks like McNeeley is a key missing piece for UConn. They struggled last two games without him

Someone has to win on Saturday in Chicago, right?
DePaul has had a 25-point swing in the wrong direction since the beginning of the 2nd half.

There are definitely 3 distinct tiers developing in the Big East right now:
Tier 1 - Marquette, UConn, St. John's
All 3 are going to be going to the NCAA Tournament barring an unforeseen collapse this year. Xavier was very competitive in 2 of those 3 contests. After the Nova game, Xavier will play the above 3 teams to finish the first half of conference play. Definitely a front-loaded schedule this year.
Tier 2 - Creighton, Villanova, Georgetown, Xavier
Enough talent in place for a postseason bid, but a lot of work to do if they want to get an NCAA bid. Creighton is the closest to potentially cracking the top tier.
Tier 3 - Providence, Seton Hall, DePaul, Butler
Any losses against these four teams are killers this year.
