Murray State won at Drake today. That's an interesting result. Two losses in a row after a 12-0 start for Drake.

Fordham is playing at VCU without fans in the building tonight. The city of Richmond's water system is on the fritz, apparently.

Elsewhere in the A-10, Bull Shannon's UMass team is about to get a big win at home against Dayton.

Is Mark Schmidt...still at St Bonnies? Hes very quietly done a really good job there. Guy can coach. Imagine recruiting into Olean, NY.
13-1 this year to start Could be another NCAA birth

Bonnies actually lost at SLU last night. Basically half the roster from Indiana State that went west is now on top of the A-10.

Yeah, to win in Olean, NY at all is pretty damn impressive.
As far as SLU, there is zero reason that school shouldn't be at the top of the a-10 every single year. They have really underachieved for their entire history, but especially since entering the A-10.
They are centrally located in a decent recruiting base, good resources and great facilities compared to the rest of the teams in their league.
Schertz should do well there, but who knows how long he'll stay.

Not a basketball town. I’d say recruiting is not any better or worse than any number of similar cities of that size in the Midwest. I could name 8-10 cities just like St.Louis. But people don’t really care about basketball in general. Of course SOME people do, but broadly speaking the interest just isn’t there

I grew up there, and I'd disagree with you. Yeah Cardinal baseball is one and Soccer is 2 especially at the youth level, with hockey and bb at 3 but people care about basketball. The amount of high d1 college basketball players and NBA players recently that have come up there is pretty strong.
