And the scanners weren't working letting people into Cintas or to get people into Duffs. And Duffs had like 7 tables. I'm not a complainer, but X got an F today from an operational perspective.
At least we won.
Thankfully, they took all of the cones down and let people exit onto Montgomery Road. I wonder if it's because they got a bunch of complaints. When I pulled into the game, I asked them if all the cones would be there when we left, and they said yes, and there was only one exit. Thankfully that wasn't the case when the game was over.

Checked out the Duffs thing in the banquet room. Felt like a dining hall. Not sure what I expected, but the atmosphere was bad. Just a spot to grab some food I guess, but it was lame. No real complaints, just an observation. Guessing the main thing was to clear up concourse more. Parking crew was pretty rude but don’t care much about that.
The new bar on concourse near student section looked pretty cool. X has done some good things n that regard (finding locations to build out bars for).

I usually leave about 90 minutes early; glad I decided to leave 10 minutes earlier than that. They could really use someone directing traffic at the Montgomery/Cleneay intersection starting 2 hours prior to tipoff. Lots of people left the game early and it wasn't because Xavier was finally pulling away from the Tigers.

I wasn’t able to make the game last night. Was there really only one way to get into C2 or could u still go up that hill behind the Cintas and enter that way?

For those wanting to reach out to someone, look up @ZTPerizzo on X/Twitter as he has replied to a few posts saying he is a member of the university faculty parking committee. He said he would be there taking notes and welcomes all feedback in an effort to look for ways to improve.
He also shared his email on a response to someone as petrizzoz@xavier.edu
May even be worth reaching out to Mario and Greg Christopher as well. This was an abject disaster and not a positive experience for an organization always looking to improve upon the fan experience.
