You may be right. But…you don’t hear nationally prominent Dems or people who worked with Harris saying she’s unfit.

And when a former president and his own VP won’t endorse, I would think that would give reasonable Republicans cause for concern.

I think everyone has cause for concern.

Trump this trump that. We know, Paul.

That doesn’t take away from how horrible of a candidate Harris is. Do you not have a problem with socialism/communism? I mean we don’t over 4 decades fighting it, but I guess it’s ok now according to you since you seem to not have issues with her.

It has absolutely nothing to do with Trump. I'm asking for your opinion on one of the big platform pieces that the candidate you support has pushed forward. What are your thoughts on the federal government putting pricing restrictions on private industry?

I would not favor price controls.
But do favor a well regulated market to prevent situations like 2008, and to guard against out of control monopolies.
The recent inflation revealed a significant portion attributable to large companies taking advantage with price increases far in excess of the cost of goods through the distressed supply chains.
And we all paid for it.

The party never got the opportunity to decide. She was anointed by default.

Maybe if others followed, we wouldn’t be in the position that we are in.

Recent inflation had little to do with supply chains. It was mostly the geniusness of our government printing money. There was little reason for it.

Anyone else think Walz is goofy and annoying? I mean this over the top convention enthusiasm came off as really phony. All the prayer hands and bowing. I fully expected him to make the heart shape. Reminded me of Richard Simmons/Bill Walton. Just another Dem cartoon character.
