Until we get a viable 3rd party, we’re stuck with this primary process that rewards those who pander to the extremes of their respective parties. A middle of the road candidate, which I think would appeal to most voters, stands no chance in our current system.

The rest of the world is pretty self explanatory. It matters because one of these two jokers will be president for another four years and international policy and relations is kind of a big deal.
