    Your candidate:
    - bankrupted casino
    - ran a sham university for which he paid back millions
    - ran a sham charity which he had to reimburse people for, shut it down, and is prevented from running another
    - cheated on his pregnant wife, but supposedly carries the banner of "christian nationalism"
    - dishonors our military by calling them suckers/losers and wonders why anyone would join
    - claimed bone spurs to avoid the draft
    - is rated unfit for office by dozens who actually worked for him, many inside the white house and secretaries of government branches
    - incited an insurrection against the government for which hundreds are now in jail
    - was impeached twice
    - is an adjudicated sexual abuser
    - brags about his mistreatment of women, yet is supported by supposed christians
    - retained government secrets and instructed lawyers and others to help do so
    - is awaiting trial on 2 federal and one state indictment
    - is a convicted felon

Why are you not embarrassed that this is the best you can do?
I couldn't disagree more with Nikki Haley and her policies...but she has executive experience as a governor, and international experience as our UN delegate.
Why not put her up and rid yourselves of this stain on American democracy.
...he went up late, and I was already up there.

I don't disagree about Trump. But I can't really take this seriously from someone who will proudly vote for Joe Biden and has never suggested the Democrats take him off the ballot.

Much like Harry Reid using the nuclear option in 2013, this feels like a "be careful what you wish for" type moment.

I think most, if not all, of the Trump supporters here agree that his personal behavior is reprehensible. However, I’ll take his policies as President over those of Biden all day long. Those are much more important to the country compared to the incredibly stupid things he says.

It should embarrass everyone in the country that our choices are between these two candidates.

Golf is a relatively simple game, played by reasonably intelligent people, stupidly.

I challenge that statement. The incredibly stupid things he says and does have ramifications from a global standpoint with our friends and enemies that to me just as scary as the stupid policies of Biden. Yeah I don't want four more years of Biden either but the whole "policy" statement about Trump doesn't really sit well with me. Both candidates are equally scary imo.

Let's take the "politics" out of it, and just think for a moment about how effed up Jan. 6th was. We really want something like that again or worse? I know some think it was just people walking around doing nothing, but just on its face...it's not normal and that's putting it mildly.

I'm thankful we have the Supreme Court we do because of Donald Trump's presidency. I think the corporate tax changes made during his term were important (even if they kinda bungled the individual tax portion of that).

I think his administration was largely incompetent (with some notable exceptions like Mnuchin) and did harm to important government institutions. Some think that was on purpose, but I don't think they were smart enough to screw up on purpose.

That is my biggest fear. Who is going to sign up to work for his administration the second time around.

I hear you and yes, words do have consequences but IMO Public Policy is more important and impactful than saying dumb shit. Give me sound domestic and foreign policy and I'll gladly cover my ears when politicians say dumb shit. Politicians have been lying through their teeth since the beginning of time. Our current President recently said 17 falsehoods in a 15 minute interview. This is not a new thing....
