I watched most of the confirmation hearings for Barrett and Kavanaugh. Booker simply passes the normal human being test. I may disagree with him politically, but he seems like a decent, competent person. Which puts him at the opposite end of Kamala Harris. She fails the normal human being test quite convincingly. I'm sure she's not stupid and incompetent, but she certainly came off that way in those particular hearings.
