This was from two days ago.

Edit: Another reason why I thought it was the prosecution’s theory

You can discuss all these "t"heories", but I'll go with the prosecutor's own words as detailed in the court transcript:

"The primary crime we have alleged is New York State Elections Law Section 17-152."

That's the prosecutor's words, said to the court, recorded in the official transcript. Until the prosecution gets into other areas, it would seem that would be the underlying crime to raise the indictment crimes to felonies.
May be found not guilty, or of lesser degree, but that seems to be straightforward for now.
Turley's article from April 24th indicates he must not have had the transcript from the 23rd.
York's article similarly ignores the prosecutor's statement from the transcript.
...he went up late, and I was already up there.

Help me out, but I believe part of the property tax fraud trail was that he grossly underreported building earnings to garner lower property tax values. I believe he also grossly increased square footage for loan valuations while reversing that for property tax valuations. I get these might seem small, but if I did this I would be put in jail.'

The 130k to Daniels is on the fringe in my opinion. We have elected presidents in the past that have had extramarital affairs. Trump claims to be a billionaire, he pays her from his own cash and this isn't even an issue for a court to decide. The fact that he is cheaper than I am and paid it from campaign coffers made this what it is.

Georgia will be tough to prove. He did flat out state "find me votes". Whether this was intended for them to actually manufacture votes is up for a jury to decide. He clearly peddled insane election rhetoric that had zero basis in reality, but you have make a small jump from that to asking Georgia to "find" him votes.

Yes Turley leans right on most issues. I think I’ll take his legal expertise over yours. 4 days after 17-152 was introduced in court.

It was not until the second week of proceedings that Bragg even revealed part of his theory of criminality.

All good questions. Give me some time answer

Easy on last paragraph. The Georgia and J6 cases have much more merit to them IMHO. So no disagreement there.

What is Trump's other J6 case? My non-legal opinion, but none of the cases I listed above should fall under his immunity request. None of these cases fell in the normal course of the business of being President.

Not sure what you’re asking? Other J6? Maybe I should have said Jack Smith election interference case? My statement was Georgia and J6 cases, guess I should have used case’s? Possessive vs plural.

I’m just glad SC took the case so we have more clarity what is and isn’t. Nice precedent to have.

Tulsi Gabbard as Trump’s VP? She says she’d accept, if asked.
