I have a lot of issues with Trump. What a porn star says about the size of his dick really isn't one of them, though.

    Paul / Bobbie, you listening:

Liberals are three times more biased when evaluating their opponents than conservatives are, according to a new study in the Journal of Social Psychology. This runs totally counter to the widespread belief that conservatives are less open-minded and more prejudiced than liberals:

I'm a common sense independent who still can't believe half the country can't do the math on the last election.

I'm really confused now about your questions.
You originally asked what was the underlying crime.

It was § 17-152. Conspiracy to promote or prevent election. It's a misdemeanor.

He was indicted for violation of Penal Law §175.10.
Under that law it is a felony to falsify business records to cover up another crime...i.e. the first one noted.

    Why is that so confusing?
...he went up late, and I was already up there.

Need some clarification here. Doesn’t every political party and candidate conspire to promote their election and prevent their opponent’s election?

Paul pretends to be a NY law expert now.

Lets see if Paul can answer this: when do the statute of limitations run out on that law?
