What you don’t seem to understand or get thru your thick skull is that I’m not arguing on how the Supreme Court should or has interpreted the constitution. You have argued that the Supreme Court doesn’t interpret the constitution at all, which is concerning.

The video of the Capitol Police giving the shaman dude a guided tour of the Capitol Building on 1/6/21 was pretty odd.

Perhaps your disconnect comes from the fact that the Democrats and liberal media seize upon stories to craft a narrative (see Russian collusion, Covid, Cov Cath kid, Hunter laptop, right wing white nationalists being the biggest threat "to our Democracy", etc, etc.), only to have it proven false weeks, months or years later. The insurrection "narrative" is totally bogus - it's precisely why they hid this video for 2 years.
