C'mon man, my "intoxicated" comments are only intended to somehow understand/explain your recent irrational posts. Nothing personal, just trying to see where you're coming from.
I am, and will continue to be, fascinated by the reluctance to hear ANY reasonable support of the present left agenda.
Just post 1 thing that you love about Joe Biden..........this is the Politics thread after all.Last edited by Xuperman; 07-22-2022 at 10:25 PM.

The Democrats have not accepted the outcomes of valid elections for a long time where they lost.
See: Al Gore, Hillary Clinton (“Trump is an Illegitimate President”), Stacy Abrams.
Remember when Democrats- Barbara Boxer and Stephanie Tubbs Jones- tried to invalidate Ohio electors in 2004? Good times!
The Republicans are now just playing by the rules YOU set.
Normal?????

Try digging a little deeper, as into the references he sites...like this one:
New report details the influence of Christian nationalism on the insurrection
Christian nationalism was used to 'bolster, justify and intensify the January 6 attack on the Capitol,' said Amanda Tyler, head of the Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty.
Maybe you'll learn something....he went up late, and I was already up there.

I have no idea who Amanda Tyler is, but the head of the "Baptist" joint committee? One would assume that this group has a very large contingent of southern black churches. Southern Baptists are the predominate religious group south of the Mason/Dixon line.
For this leftist hack to weave in some sort of "white" nationalism narrative associated with ANY Baptist focused movement is disingenuous.Last edited by Xuperman; 07-24-2022 at 08:21 PM.

White nationalism is a very large problem with the Southern Baptist Convention, which includes black and white churches. I have no idea why you think that's "disingenuous" to note. It's the thrust of the entire article.

Oh bless your heart, Paul. What exactly would you like me to 'learn' from your constant vomiting of liberal, op-ed, GOP is evil, articles all over this thread. You should try thinking for yourself instead of parroting talking points. The stories you post here are so predictable, but at least the authors have some original thoughts. You should try it sometime.
And right on queue you post an article from 2017 written by a Newsweek intern...sheeshLast edited by Smails; 07-25-2022 at 09:31 AM.
