See, liberals will not condemn the leftist killing of a Trump supporter.













Next time you claim Trump won't condemn right wing militants, remember this.

The person arrested was a private security officer hired by a local news company to protect their reporters. Do you have proof he was a “leftist.”

Second, I have condemned the killing twice. You just choose to read what you wanted.

Third, I am not a leftist. I am a registered republican who has voted that way before trump and the religious right co-opted the party. I am sure I will return to the party once they get back to free trade and small government.

Attorney Chris Decker talked to FOX31’s Michael Konopasek and said that in Colorado a person can protect themselves or someone else from what they reasonably believe to be the use or imminent use of unlawful force.

“There are no clear and absolute bright lines with the doctrine of self-defense,” he said. “No one can really tell until or unless that were charged and a jury would determine the reasonableness of the circumstances.”

In Colorado, deadly force can be used only if a person reasonably believes that a lesser degree of force is inadequate and that person reasonably believes that they or another person is in imminent danger of being killed or about to sustain great bodily injury.

Pretty much the same in Ohio except that you cannot have a part in causing or initiating the confrontation. That's where this guy may have problems if Colorado has something similar on the books.
