Spellman also has 4. I think it still will go to Spellman, as he has been a bit more consistent throughout the season, but Marshall is making it close down the stretch. If Marshall has another big week and closes with 3 straight BE Freshman of the Week honors, maybe he could take it. Or them taking the easy way out and going Co-Freshman of the Year wouldn't be shocking either. (Though I forget how Freshman of the Year is determined.
