    No, fans can't contact unsigned players, as fans are considered "boosters" for the team. The player isn't really a member of the team until the LOI, at which point contact is permissible. Now, is this rule really enforceable by the NCAA? Not really, unless the fan-to-player contact approaches a ridiculous level for a program.

    I'm pleased to see a big man like this recruited.

    The couple highlight videos I found showed him to work for rebounds and think on his feet whether to pass or shoot.

    Hopefully the conditioning remains consistent and his size will become a real asset, as I'm sure defensively he'll make inside scoring a challenge.

    From the bit of snooping I did online, he may use the name Kent with his friends. That may save us from misspelling it constantly! Welcome Big Kent!

    That guy is wrong. Xavier still has two scholarships available for next season and that is with Sumner and Bluiett back.
    Seniors: Bluiett, Macura, O'Mara (3)
    Juniors: Sumner, Gates (2)
    Sophomores: Goodin, Jones (2)
    Freshmen: Ridder, Harden, Marshall, Jones (4)
    Total: 11
    You get 13 scholarships so I'm not sure where that guy is coming from.
