The lineage of Xavier big men who have developed over the years into solid D1 talent is just amazing considering how low profile they were coming in.

I remember being in attendance for that Fairly Ridiculous game. It was the opener of the 2012 season and it was my Xavier class 40th reunion weekend. Jimmy comes in and starts nailing 3 like they we're lay ups. Everybody was in awe of his shooting ability, but that was basically all he could, or would do then. No inside game at all and a foul machine at the other end. that's why he didn't play as much.
One reason why he played 21 minutes in that game was because it was an absolute mismatch. XU scored 117 in that game and win by 42- and it could have been by 80. Jimmy has come light years since then as a player, but has always been one of the nicest and most accessible players when you meet him.
Keep on Truckin' Jimmy! Your leadership of this team is outstanding!"I Got CHAMPIONS in that Lockerroom!" -Stanley Burrell

Bump.
Xavier always goes to the NCAA tournament...Projecting anything less than that this season feels like folly--Eamonn Brennan, ESPN (Summer Shootaround, 2012)
