He says he'll be making his choice most likely by the end of fall (I'll just interpret that as fall semester), but based on when these visits are happening, it wouldn't surprise me if he commits just before the Early Signing Period begins on November 3rd. That's also about a week before the high school basketball season starts too, so it would be the opportune time. Just speculation, but what I do know is that I've always really wanted X to get this kid. He's a very well-rounded player and an exceptionally bright one too.

People want to rip GladdenGuy because he has been "too negative" on the boards, but he's been trying to tell people for a little while now that Xavier was out with Reed and it was going to be Miami. Ever think there's a reason GG has been in a shitty mood? Reed...no. Williams...no. Pretty much every top recruit we've been going after...no. People want to treat the offseason like a one-time thing that will only hurt us for one year. But it's looking like the mishandling of the Wells situation, along with the other crap we've been seeing, has been having a horrible effect on Xavier's recruiting effort. Things ain't looking good.

Oh, and maybe the fact that we are good with Chris Thomas and Myles Davis,(all who play the same position)next year when Mr. Reed would be showing up, and it is logical to see why Mr. Reed decided to go elsewhere. He'd get more minutes.
But logic is hard to find many times on this board.

Anybody notice that two people went elsewhere when the situation with Myles and Reynolds rolled around?
Also, why did Peters come for a visit or why we even have a chance with Hart is the environment with the program is so terrible?
For the next few years I feel like everything from losses to recruiting to will be pinned on the Dez situation.
Why couldn't the kid just put a condom on?Award Winning Poster Since 2015

You guys act like we have 10 seniors on the team and that we won't be able to field a team next year because no one will come.
Uh, we have 3 seniors. Brad Redford Jeff Robinson and TTaylor. We have Stainbrook, Cantino, Davis and Reynolds already on campus to play next year plus Thomas solidly in the fold and all of those guys have at least 2 years ahead when they hit the court next year. Martin, Semaj, Dee Davis and Farr will all have at least 2 years left next year. Our only scholarship senior will be Phillmore and Stenger a non scholly senior.
We have a solid 10 guys now for next year. We're not done. There is a long way to go.
We'll be fine."I Got CHAMPIONS in that Lockerroom!" -Stanley Burrell

Assuming the recruiting just takes a one year hit, you're right. But if this is something that affects 2013, 2014 and maybe more classes, X Hoops is going to be in a bad, bad way. Now, we really won't know any of that until it actually unfolds so it doesn't make sense to get overly worked up. But, I do think there is some cause for concern based on how the 2013 class seems to be reacting to X.
