    Musketeer Football Schedule

"He's a little bit ball-dominant, he needs to have the ball in his hands, and he's not a good shooter." Ball-dominant … isn't that a nice way of calling someone a ball hog? Where is my Jay Bilas Thesaurus?

    Muskie:

I had not noticed your thread here. The schedule poster is seroius stuff. The Xavier footballers definitely play competitive games and I encourage all Musketeer fans to come out and watch these guys play. With a new coach and many newcomers, this team will be fun to watch.

At first, I thought this might be a semi-pro team like the one X played a couple years ago (in an entertaining game) but Coach McCormick says it is a local school that envisions a NAIA program in the future (right now, I have no idea what Ohio Midwestern was previously known as).

Home games are to be played at Walnut Hills High School except for the "home" opener against Ohio Midwestern. That game is Sept. *th at 8:00 pm at Taft H.S. in the the west end near the District One police station. Nice high school stadium.

What is the Ohio State game really about?

That X with a sword is badass for football. Go X!

    Pizza:

OSU has a club team whcih began playing two years ago. In 2009, XU beat them at Withrow H.S.; and last year, OSU won in Columbus. This year's game is a home game for X.

What time is the OSU game on Saturday? Trying to figure out how reasonably I can combo that with the Bellarmine game at night.
