I have done this for the past few years, it is nice to have the schedule on my phone... this year they messed up the time column and by default (if you upload to outlook as is) all the times will be listed at midnight. If you want to fix it, open the file in excel, click on the time column, then do an "edit, replace" to replace p.m. with PM (also fix the one 11 am time), then change the format of the column to "time" format, then it should upload fine.

The schedule can be picked up by Google Calendar as well. Add calendar for sports teams or something like that. I did it last year and games are showing up for this year.
