I said it's "hard for people to digest" the positive aspects of the streetcar (that IS happening, btw). You and LH could be brilliant doctors for all I know, but your obstinate approach has the effect of frustrating those who spend time checking facts, mulling over articles, and communicating in some extended detail what they think and why.
This whole thread is based on an article spelling out just some of the private interest around the streetcar. The Rookwood example was a clear written statement of intention, yet it was rebuffed over a 60K grant in 2007 that was awarded before Rookwood chose any location. There are tons of examples of successful streetcar projects around the globe. Why look at that stuff? We're in little Cincinnati, it'll fail here, no doubt.
