They are going to nominate someone else for sure. Here is how it will go down.

Sometime in July, all the Democrat allies in the MSM will be given the green light to slowly push a well coordinated narrative. They will report on rumors from Biden's inner circle that Joe is "considering" stepping aside for "health" reasons, due to family concerns. Of course Grandpa Joe will be portrayed as a patriotic bulldog wanting to finish the job. Then party officials and Dem operatives begin to go public, urging the courageous Joe to do right by his family. The media will fashion a glorious exit image....an American hero and living legend gave it all he had.

The decision is made. Joe makes it official at the convention on day one to thunderous applause of adoration. The convention is brokered, and a hand picked Obama candidate is nominated as the crowd shakes the rafters with chants of "USA USA USA". The nominee gives one of the greatest acceptance speeches of all time and then reveals the entire campaign strategy going forward.......Orangeman Bad.

You've got these "opinions" on what the prosecutor might allege as the underlying crime, let's assume all with great legal expertise.

Then you've got the actual prosecutor, in the actual court proceeding, in the actual case, saying for the actual record, we are alleging 17-152.

I'll go with the latter until I read more transcripts where he changes his mind. (Note: I'm not offering any legal expertise.)

Sadly, I'd love for this to happen...if it means no Biden or Trump in the White House, and it's not Kamala, I'll take it every day and twice on Sunday.
