Convicted of what? Serious question.

It seems like Barrett's questioning really focused on why the State of Missouri was bringing the claim on behalf of MOHELA rather than just having MOHELA bring the claim itself. Based on that, I think it sounds like at least Barrett would think that the actual loan provider would have standing by claiming a loss in fees around servicing the forgiven loans.
Then again, they could find that Missouri, as the quasi owner of MOHELA, has an interest in protecting the private company they set up, and therefore has standing.
My gut tells me that this Court will find a way to strike down the policy, but I am closer to 50/50 based on the recent ruling, while in the past I would have been closer to 80/20 that it was struck down.
Sorry; "liable" for being a sexual abuser, but you would be correct as it wasn't a criminal trial, it's not a "conviction."
His organization was convicted of 17 felonies. Curiously, people aren't worried about a years' long fraud like this, but 2 years of Hunter evading and they go nuts.
I'd trade Trump's possible conviction on the espionage charges for an agreement not to run for office and the return of all the documents to the proper authorities.

Looks like the Biden Administration deployed Boris Johnson to scuttle a tentative peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine in spring 2022. This was never about the Ukrainian people. It was always about engineering a war against Russia. #Kennedy24
