Yeah, actually it is pretty simple. If you are or have been treated with mental health issues, you shouldn’t have the ability to own a gun, period. And yeah depression is a health condition that increases the likelihood you will hurt yourself or others, but yet you apparently think it’s ok for them to own a gun? This does beg the question, where has this rise in mental health issues come from? I think that’s the most important thing to solve, but also the most difficult and could take generations.
