Or another way to look at it would be to say it’s been 5 years and he hasn’t been criminally charged or individually charged with anything by the NCAA.

I get it there is smoke, you should look for fire. But you were looking for smoke. We’ve been OFFICIALLY in the clear on this issue for 3 years and yet you still act as if your worst case scenario was ever in play in the first place.

We wouldn’t have hired the guy if that wasn’t already known

Well I guess that is how they looked at it, and based on the statement they released I guess they're happy with how it all played out. So, good for them! These are their decisions to make, and if they're happy with them then that's really all that should matter to them.
