In many of the lower courts, the cases were thrown out because there was no evidence to support the claims of fraud. In fact, I think actions are pending for sanctioning attorneys for bringing cases they knew were bogus.

There were a lot of briefs. But probably a good thing no evidence presented...as they didn't have any in the other 60 cases. Might have proved embarrassing.

Joe Biden’s “Press Conference” on Afghanistan yesterday was full of lies and untruths that were immediately debunked and contradicted by his own Department of Defense and State Department within an hour. Either this guy lies out of hand or he is mentally incompetent to actually do this job.
We are in deep trouble.
Meanwhile, people like Paul and Bobby remain silent as hell with no comment while people are falling off airplanes and our citizens are in jeopardy. This has nothing to do with Trump’s “deal”. This has everything to do with Biden blatantly pulling out of the air base, grounding the Air Capability, in July giving the troops and Afghani’s zero support. The execution of this pullout of Afghanistan is a disgrace. This is an absolute disaster.
This Administration is unraveling right before our eyes.
Have fun the next 3 1/2 years.
