I'm going to be in Indy on Friday during the day, so I figured I would stay and try to go to the NCAA games Friday night. Any idea how easy it will be to get tickets around Lucas Oil Stadium?

You should have no problem finding several "vendors" on the street.

Yes and No... there's limits on how much you can charge over face.
