It has been my contention for a long time that NO ONE knows who the best 64 teams are and if it were up to the so called guru's the following teams would Never, Ever get in the tourney.
Teams like Cleveland State, Siena, North Dakota State, Davidson, CSU Northridge, Valpraiso, ETSU, Western Kentucky, etc.
And then when they do get in, the don't just have to play the best. They have to play the best of the best. Many of these teams could beat 5, 6, 7 seeds but have to go directly to 1, 2, and 3 seeds.
IMO there are alot of worthy teams that don't make the field because of the hype of overated middling teams of big conferences. This year is yet another great example.
