Woody Paige - continuing the Eggs

On Around the Hord, talking about upsets, Woody Paige picked PSU over "Eggsavier". No one corrected him on pronunciation or agreed or disagreed with that upset. If I was the host, I would have deducted one thousand points and muted him for the rest of the show.

Every time a sportscaster pronounces that word incorrectly, and is not corrected, a new generation of idiots is created, because as far as I'm concerned, most people are dumb.

PTI is awful, they put together the worst sportswriters in the nation and expect me to take anything they say seriously? A couple of weeks ago they even had Lil Wayne on there. That show is one of many reasons why ESPN has gone downhill over the past 10-15 years.

*edit* sorry I was thinking about Around the Horn, not PTI. PTI is ok at times. Wilbon had us in the championship game last year so I have no beef with him.

ATH is one of the worst shows ever. It rapes sports discussions every day. Someday I want to become famous or a writer or something to be able to go onto that show so I can win by "30 points" because everyone on that show is retarded. Marriotti might be the worst person in America. Bill Plaschke might be the biggest pussy in the United States.

On the other hand, PTI is awesome. I find Kornheiser to be kind of funny and both of them to be pretty smart. When they don't know everything about a certain topic, they will admit it, or at least call the other one out about it.

Cannot stand Around the Horn. I have no respect for any of the jackasses that appear as "experts" on that show, but Woody Paige is the biggest douche of them all. I guarantee he steals the "witty" sayings he writes on his little chalkboard from some shitty tear off calendar that he got in his stocking at Christmas.

Will Leitch (of Deadspin fame) claims in his book God Save the Fan that the guests on ATH are basically told what to say by producers. If they deviate from the script, they get shown the door. Not that that's surprising...
