Virginia hasn't worked out too well for the careers of the last 2 coaches (Gillen and Leiato). If I were already at a successful school being paid well (such as Capel and Miller), I would definitely think twice about leaving for Virginia. I really don't see Miller going after this one or the Arizona job.
