Here are the odds to win the A-10 Tournament championship:
Dayton +450
Rhode Island +450
Temple +300
Xavier +140
Field (Any Other Team) +350
So Xavier is a pretty heavy favorite at 1.4-1.
For today's games,
LaSalle -3.5 over SLU
St. Joe's -3.5 over Charlotte
Duquesne -2 over UMass
Richmond -5.5 over SBU
I like Charlotte and the 3.5, but I wouldn't touch any of the others.

Call me ignorant, but I've never quite understood lines. I guess gambling is something that I've never been into. I already have too many vices like killing hookers and stuff like that.
Anyways...
These lines mean:
If I put money on LaSalle to win they would have to win by 4 pts. + for me to win $$$? (Not that I would bet on LaSalle but for examples sake)
Where would a gentleman such as myself go to place a wager such as this over the internet? And are payouts always like if I bet $10 I get that back plus another $10?

That's right. LaSalle would have to win by 4 or more. If they lose or win by 3 or less, you'd lose if you bet on LaSalle. Essentially, if LaSalle is -3.5, you just say they start out the game with the score SLU 0, LaSalle -3.5.
I use Playersonly.com. And there is "juice" when you make a wager. Generally, it is 10%. For example, if you want to win $10, you'd have to bet $11. That's how the book makes its money.

If I had to pick, I'd take the URI at +450
