Who has the best Uniforms in College Basketball

After wanting to puke after seeing Dayton's ugly baby blue/red/black uniforms I was wondering who has the best looking Uniforms in Basketball and who has the ugliest. It's hard to really pick just because everybody's uniforms kind of look the same. But here is some of my favorites.

1.Cincinnati....I think their uniforms just look badass.
2.UNC.... I really like that color
3.DUKE...just plain and simple
4.Xavier...Grey Uniforms and the ones that said Musketeers

Uniforms I think are ugly are.

1.Dayton....light blue and red are not a good combination
2. St Bonnies.....Brown is always going to be ugly
3.Marquette....What is with all designs

I really like DePaul's unis. Usually the simpler the better for me. Can't go wrong with UCLA's or Indiana's.

Kentucky's unis this year are absolutely horrid. And UC's are always terrible as well.

The worst has to be the Bonnies.... I bet they lose recruits who don't want to wear the brown uni's.

I also don't like Duke's new black w/ blue. Prefer the classic look, ucla, unc.

I've always liked Arizona's unis. At least they have authentic replica shorts. I gues authentic replica would be an oxymoron wouldn't it?

I think the yellow, black and white brims are awesome.

Ugliest has to be Oakland, those things are hideous, and seem to get worst each year.

I personally really like the Marquette jersey's, those baby blue ones are sweet but cursed.

I am one of the very few people that like the Nike System of dress uniforms. I admit, in design they are hideous since they make them skin tight and the shorts the length of pants, but they don't look that extreme on any of the teams that actually wear them. Most of them wear the shorts at the same length of everyone else, and while the jersey is a little tighter, it isn't under armor tight like they show on the models. I think they look simple and modern.

You obviously haven't seed their white and blue jerseys that also have a faint outline of one of their Gothic buildings from campus in the background of their jersey. It's very distracting.

Gotta agree with the simplicity of UCLA and Indiana's jerseys. Kentucky has much more serious issues right now than jockey-inspired jerseys.

Maryland actually looks pretty good in the yellow jerseys; even better when one of their seniors gets posterized by Wake Forest's Jeff Teague. Their jerseys will look badass in the NIT.

Despite being a homer, I know when my team has ugly uniforms. BGSU is up there. While I love orange, they went with brown and white jerseys recently. Gross, just gross. It's a bunch of poo-stains running up and down the court.

I actually like the Nike systemof dress uniforms as well. Some schools did a really good job making them unique. Some of these include Michigan State, LSU, WVU, OK State, UVA, and OSU. That being said, there certainly are exceptions like UD new ones, Oregon's and UK's.

If we were going to get a uni like this I'd like to see X get a unique jersey that looked good with the new XAVIER font on the front.

Is Duke's road uni actually black or just avy blue which always looks black? For a long time, I thought Xavier's road unis were black and the same was true of the home football jerseys until Mick Conley changed 'em to UCLA blue and gold piping and light blue and gold colored leather-looking helmets. He wanted 'em to look like old Notre Dame and the Jesuit fathers almost took a colllective sh!t when they saw 'em. Oh, and he ordered them shipped COD without clearing it with the bursar, the treasurer, the AD or the business manager. The blue was this :rolleyes: color.

Duke definitely wears black on the road.

I like the concept of Marquette's uniforms with the old school trim and the color scheme but it's too damned busy in practice.

My preference is for a clean, crisp look without a ton of needless ornamentation. North Carolina, Indiana, UCLA, Texas, Kansas, and Xavier all have great designs. If you can't go classic, then do something unique. Connecticut has a nice "modern" design.

I for one, love Marquette's uniforms. I have seen many of their games and I think their look works for them. They have used 3 colors this season: Gold, Baby Blue, and White.

I agree with your first sentence. But the only thing arguably outdated about IU and UCLA's uniforms is the cut of the jerseys, which either school could alter without changing the basic design scheme.

I know there's been talk about X going to System of Dress next year. I'm just concerned they are going to retrofit us with those retarded back stripes (probably incorporating black for good measure). I'd prefer the 1958 throwbacks myself.
